The Hong Kong Society of Nephrology was established since 1979. It is a non-profit making professional organization consisting of doctors, nurses and other allied health staff who are interested in renal diseases.
The 1st Grand Bay Forum on Nephrology was held at Guangzhou, China on 7-8 December 2018. Representatives from Hong Kong include Dr. YL Cheng, Prof. Sydney Tang, Prof. Philip Li, Prof. Daniel Chan and Prof. HY Lan. Dr. YL Cheng was invited to chair a session in the meeting. Prof. Sydney Tang, Prof. Philip Li, Prof. Daniel Chan and Prof. HY Lan gave lectures during the Forum.
